By using TeamCare LLC services, you agree to receive care through telemedicine video visits only. Services are intended for non-emergency conditions and should not be used for medical emergencies. All appointments, documentation, and payments are completed through our secure third-party patient portal. TeamCare operates on a cash-pay model and does not accept insurance. All fees are due at the time of service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: All services rendered are non-refundable. If your treatment plan includes medications or vitamins shipped directly to you, no refunds will be issued once the order has been placed with the pharmacy or vendor due to the nature of the service. Medications cannot be returned in accordance with applicable laws. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so may result in a 25% cancellation fee.

Prescriptions are issued only after evaluation by a licensed provider and are not guaranteed. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the limitations of telemedicine and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
