TeamCare LLC is a virtual clinic for medical weight loss and everyday urgent care. Every visit happens over secure, HIPAA compliant video with a licensed healthcare professional. No clinic. No waiting room. Just care that fits your day.

We serve patients across nine states: Oklahoma, Florida, Oregon, Washington, Massachusetts, Arizona, Montana, New Hampshire, and New York. Behind every visit is more than five years of clinical experience, 90 plus patients treated, and 80 plus verified five star moments.

How We Practice

We evaluate first, always. Nothing is prescribed until you have been seen and assessed over video, and that includes semaglutide (ozempic, wegvoy) and tirzepatide ( zepbound). When labs are needed, we order and review them before any treatment decision. Your safety comes before everything else.

We are licensed where we serve. TeamCare treats patients only in ournine states, and you must be located in one of them at the time of your visit.

Your information stays protected. Booking, records, payment, and video visits all run through secure, HIPAA compliant systems.

We are honest about what we do. TeamCare handles minor, non emergency care and medical weight management. We are not an emergency service, and we do not replace your regular doctor. If you have severe symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What We Do

We keep our focus on two services, both fully online. The first is a 12 week medical weight loss program that combines a full health evaluation, lab review, medication when appropriate, nutrition guidance, and ongoing coaching.
